Return, Refund & Shipping Policy

At GEEK BAR Pulse, we strive to ensure your complete satisfaction with every purchase. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.


Returns

  • Eligibility: You have 30 calendar days from the date you received your item to request a return.
  • Conditions: To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
  • Non-returnable Items: Certain items cannot be returned, such as opened e-liquids, disposable products, and any item not in its original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
  • Return Process: To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at support@geekbarpulse.com with your order number and details of the product you wish to return. Our team will provide you with further instructions and a return shipping address.


Refunds

  • Inspection: Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund.
  • Approval: If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. The credit will automatically be applied within a certain number of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.
  • Partial Refunds: In certain situations, only partial refunds are granted (e.g., items with obvious signs of use, any item not in its original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error).


Shipping

  • Return Shipping Costs: You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
  • Shipping Damages: If the item was damaged during shipping, please contact us immediately. We will work with you to resolve the issue and ensure you receive a replacement or a refund.

Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates

  • Shipping Rates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
  • Delivery Estimates: Delivery times vary based on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout. Standard shipping typically takes 5-7 business days, while expedited options are available for faster delivery.


Order Processing Time

  • Processing Time: All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
  • Delays: If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.


Shipping Confirmation and Order Tracking

  • Confirmation: You will receive a shipment confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s).
  • Tracking: The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.


International Shipping

  • Availability: We currently do not ship outside the U.S. (modify if international shipping is available).
  • Customs, Duties, and Taxes: GEEK BAR Pulse is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).


Shipping Damages

  • Damaged Items: GEEK BAR Pulse is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.
  • Claims: Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
